Location: Old Forest Homestead Camping Area - Kowen Forest – Near Queanbeyan Directions from Canberra CBD Parkes Way to Morsehead Drive Morsehead Drive to Piallago Road (Past Airport) Left onto Sutton Road (just before entering Queanbeyan) 1.1 kms up Sutton Road, Right onto Kowen Road (Sign posted Kowen Forest and Molonglo Gorge) 600 metres to entrance gate where you will be greeted by friendly faces Approximately 7.5km to event (will be sign posted with directions from this point) Directions from Sydney (Federal Highway) Shortly after Macs Reef Road (signposted to Bungendore), take the off ramp onto Sutton Road left onto Sutton Road, continue for approximately 16km (please note this is an approximate) left onto Kowen Road (Signposted Kowen Forest and Molonglo Gorge) 600 metres to entrance gate where you will be greeted by friendly faces Approximately 7.5km to event (will be sign posted with directions from this point)   Directions from Melbourne Take the Hume Highway from Melbourne to Yass Take the Canberra turnoff near Yass (becomes the Barton Highway) Follow Barton Highway to the end (T-intersection) Turn left onto Federal Highway Take the left hand ramp which leads to Majura Road (signposted Airport) Turn right towards the airport After approx 10 kms (t-intersection), turn left at traffic lights onto Fairbairn Avenue Left at roundabout onto Pialligo Road (the airport should still be on your left) Left onto Sutton Road (just before entering Queanbeyan) 1.1 kms up Sutton Road, Right onto Kowen Road (Sign posted Kowen Forest and Molonglo Gorge) 600 metres to entrance gate where you will be greeted by friendly faces
